I learned a lot of new theories on the Bench Press in Seattle last weekend and am looking forward to sharing them with you! Am hoping to see some big PR's tomorrow.
Speaking of PR's, don't forget the Hell Week is just over a week away! Hell Week is a competition based strictly on improvement. I have chosen five WOD's to be performed- all of which demonstrate a variety of movements. The male and female that earn the greatest amount of improvement over the course of the week will earn the title of this year's HELL WEEK Champions! Last year the title went to Tommy-Two-Toes, Chris Ostrom, and the very evil Sue Habbe. Am excited to see what happens this year, because the winner is most likely to go to our hardest working BEGINNER CrossFitters!

Awesome work yesterday guys! That was a nasty running/barbell WOD to complete in the heat. I have been threatening to make you do the same workout two days in a row for a while, so here is one very similar (though definitely more difficult) that I think you will appreciate!
Tubbs is out of town this week enjoying the waters of Flathead Lake (lucky punk), so there will be no 6 PM class this Tuesday or Thursday.
