Keep a running total of burpees and at the end of the WOD, this number is subtracted from your time for an overall score (so do LOTS of burpees!)

Give your Affiliate Team a fist pump! After Day One at the Rocky Mountain Regionals, they are placed eleventh. The Finals WOD takes place on Sunday where they will fight for the top eight spots going to the CrossFit Games in Los Angeles this July!
