Ok guys! So today is the start of "Strength Bias" Month.  We are going to add a bit of heavier lifting each day you come in to improve your overall CrossFit awesome-ness.  Expect about 10 minutes of lifting before your Met-con (which will be slightly shorter than normal) four days a week, while Wednesday will be LONG Met-con day.  Also, we will be taking 5-10 minutes post-WOD to work on a gymnastic movement.  Don't worry though guys, we will still have you in and out in an hour!  Should be fun, but extremely beneficial to your performance, so take it VERY seriously!
